Janet Huetteman

Janet Huetteman is the president and founder of TouchPoint Experience, a firm dedicated to helping clients better manage the customer experience www.touchpointexperience.com. Janet has been in management consulting since 1995 helping companies such as GE, First Union, Wahlstrom Group (IPG) and Fairfield County Bank Corporation. Over the course of her 20 year career, Janet has gained expertise in group facilitation, Six Sigma quality, change management, leadership and organizational effectiveness, qualitative and quantitative research, global marketing and integrated communications.

Before consulting, Janet held a series of marketing and communications management positions with GE. At GE Investments, she spearheaded the direct-to-consumer launch of the GE Funds and supported institutional sales efforts. At GE Supply, Janet led brand positioning, advertising, public relations, direct marketing and retail branch sales initiatives. She began her career with GE Corporate in 1989 to support company-wide “boundaryless” sales. Prior to GE, Janet held management positions in advertising,publishing and market research.
