Charlene J. Zeiberg has a wide range of skills to serve clients including learning design, performance consulting, classroom and online facilitation, change management, measurement of learning results, development of supporting marketing collateral and events, performance management/talent management processes, and training organization needs assessments. Her content capability includes management and leadership, influence, sales and sales management performance management, client service, collaboration, and teams. Since 1985, Charlene has focused on learning, performance improvement and organizational change. She held corporate training positions with Fidelity Investments and Sun America, and consulting positions with Andersen Consulting and The Forum Corporation. Before starting Zeiberg Consulting, Charlene was the manager of learning technology for PaineWebber, Inc. She has worked with clients in diverse industries and across all levels of management, taught academically at a master’s level at New York Institute of Technology and UCLA, has taught a variety of workshops at Ithaca College. She has also developed Malcolm Baldrige applications for clients applying for the once coveted award or using the system internally to improve their internal business measures. Charlene earned an Ed.M. in Human Resource Education from Boston University and a B.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Ithaca College ’s Roy Park School of Communications and Ithaca College London Centre. |
