What are the goals and activities of the Implementation phase?
The Implementation phase is when we deliver the developed learning solution. First we pilot the initiative to a representative sample of the target audience, then we work with clients to determine what modifications or enhancements are needed. After making revisions, we assist in planning the rollout to the target audience.

• Identifying instructor(s) • Monitoring on-the-job training progress • Preparing coaches and mentors • Conducting pilot • Revising materials post-pilot
• Engaging clients/stakeholders during this phase
Outcomes:
• Revised learning materials based on pilot • Implemented learning solution
