What are the goals and activities of the Consulting phase?
The learning design process depends on effective use of consultative skills. We work in partnership with our clients and their key stakeholders to identify needs, design and develop a solution and then implement and evaluate the solution. At this time we listen, educate, and offer advice to our clients.

Key Activities:
• Working with clients/stakeholders to identify business needs and appropriate solutions
• Engaging clients/stakeholders during this phase

Outcomes:
• Client/stakeholders that are informed and engaged in the learning design process
